We offer every student the opportunity to receive direct, individual instruction from some of the Bay Area’s finest teachers. Whether a student is working towards a professional career, looking to dance in college, recovering from injury, or simply wants to experience the joy of dance, our programs allow dancers to continue to benefit from being able to attend regular high school, without having to leave before its completion. We focus on giving our students many opportunities to perform throughout the year. Upon graduating from The Ballet School of San Francisco, our students are prepared for any path they choose.

Kristin Long
Kristin is a former Principal Dancer of San Francisco, who has been teaching since she retired from dancing in 2011. She has a passionate belief that ballet can be taught at a high level to all students whilst maintaining joy. She trains young dancers at all levels in classical technique, exposing them to varied repertoire and performance opportunities.
