How to Enroll

Both new and returning students must register for our programs. New students should click “Book a Trial Class” and complete the registration form to get started. Once the Ballet School administration has contacted you and determined the appropriate level for your student, you will receive a password by email to access the tuition payment page.

Attire

The Ballet School of San Francisco requires uniforms for each level. The appropriate leotard color will be provided upon registration. Students may wear tights that match their skin tone or pink tights, and soft ballet slippers should match their tights. Pointe shoes are worn only with instructor approval and should also match the dancer’s tights.

Hair must be neatly pulled back from the face and secured in a bun or another contained style that will remain in place throughout class. Small jewelry is permitted as long as it does not interfere with movement or concentration.

Special Accommodations for Different Abilities

We strive to make classical ballet accessible to all dancers. Please let us know during registration if there are any considerations or accommodations that would help your student learn in a comfortable and confident environment.

Financial Aid

Financial aid is available to students with exceptional financial need. Partial and full scholarships are available through The DTCSF Foundation. Please contact us for more information.
